Age and supervision
- Independent accounts and creator monetization are limited to adults age 18 or older.
- A parent or legal guardian may create and control a supervised profile. Supervised profiles begin private.
- Private messaging, livestream participation, purchases, and discoverability for supervised profiles remain off unless the guardian enables an age-appropriate permission.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, requests for sexual content, age misrepresentation to contact minors, and attempts to move unsafe conversations elsewhere.
Response
- Immediately restrict access and preserve relevant records when credible child-safety risk is reported.
- Report apparent child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children when legally required.
- Do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected exploitative material. Report it using the in-app safety tools or contact law enforcement in an emergency.
