Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an independent account. Parents or guardians may manage supervised profiles.
- Provide accurate information, protect your password, use one account per person, and promptly report unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may create, connect, communicate, livestream, sell eligible creator products, and support creators only in compliance with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
- Do not post illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or dangerous content.
- Do not impersonate others, manipulate payments, evade enforcement, scrape the service, distribute malware, or misuse personal information.
- Do not use coins or gifts outside Nevaeh Konnect or represent them as deposits, investments, or bank balances.
Enforcement and availability
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, law, fraud prevention, or platform integrity. Features may change or be unavailable while being repaired or reviewed.
Disclaimers and liability
Nevaeh Konnect is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Creators are responsible for their content, products, representations, taxes, licenses, refunds, and legal compliance. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
