Copyright notices
Send a written notice to gemglobalenterprise@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Notice.”
- Identify the copyrighted work and the exact Nevaeh Konnect URL or content location.
- Include your name, contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- State under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
A creator whose content was removed may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and providing the legally required consent to jurisdiction, contact information, and signature.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. False or abusive notices may result in liability. Nevaeh Konnect may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties.
