Creator responsibilities
- You retain ownership of your content and grant Nevaeh Konnect a nonexclusive license to host, display, distribute, moderate, and promote it as needed to operate the service.
- You must own or have permission for everything you upload, sell, stream, or use in a product.
- Descriptions, prices, access terms, sponsorships, and material claims must be clear and truthful.
Payments and earnings
- Customer payments and creator payouts are processed by approved payment providers and may require identity, tax, bank, Stripe, or PayPal verification.
- Displayed balances may be pending and can be adjusted for refunds, disputes, fraud, fees, reversals, or legal requirements.
- Coins are in-service virtual items. Eligible creator gift earnings are calculated separately in currency and are payable only after confirmation and the stated payout minimum.
- Creators are responsible for taxes, licenses, records, and customer obligations applicable to their activity.
Store and subscriptions
Creators must deliver purchased downloads and subscription access, maintain secure working links, honor stated terms, and respond to support issues. Nevaeh Konnect may pause an offer or payout during a complaint, dispute, security review, or policy investigation.
Mobile purchases
Purchases made inside a mobile app may be processed through the applicable app-store billing system and are also subject to that store’s terms, refund rules, and regional programs.
