Information we collect
- Account details such as name, username, email, birth date, profile visibility, and profile photo.
- Content and activity such as posts, comments, follows, communities, messages, reports, purchases, gifts, livestream interactions, and support requests.
- Payment providers process payment credentials. Nevaeh Konnect receives transaction, payout, and status records—not full card or bank details.
- Basic technical information needed for security, session continuity, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, feeds, communities, messaging, creator tools, purchases, payouts, support, and safety moderation.
- Prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce policies, secure accounts, and meet legal obligations.
- Improve reliability and understand feature usage. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Public profiles and public content are visible to other people. Private account, family, payment, and moderation information is restricted by role and purpose.
- Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, storage, email, payments, payouts, and fraud prevention.
- We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
- We retain information while an account is active and as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, taxes, payouts, legal obligations, and safety. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account data except records we must retain.
Your choices
- Edit profile information and visibility from your dashboard.
- Block users and report users or content in the app.
- Request account deletion at /account-deletion.
- Ask privacy questions at gemglobalenterprise@gmail.com.
Children and supervised profiles
Independent Nevaeh Konnect accounts are for adults age 18 and older. A parent or guardian may manage a supervised profile for a dependent. Supervised profiles begin private and have limited permissions. Do not submit a child’s information without authority to do so.
