Priority categories
- Safety: use the in-app report tool first; mark urgent child-safety reports as “minor safety.”
- Account access: use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
- Payments or payouts: include the transaction date and provider reference, but not sensitive payment credentials.
- Privacy or deletion: use /account-deletion for account deletion and identify other privacy requests in the email subject.
Accessibility
Report accessibility barriers by email with the page, device, assistive technology, and the task you could not complete. We will use that information to prioritize a repair.
